Consistency is an important part of supporting the nervous system and creating lasting change. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to help the body build familiarity, safety, and connection over time.
Recommendations are always individualized based on your goals and lifestyle.

Each session may feel different depending on what the body and nervous system are ready to process that day.
Some clients notice sensations such as tingling, pulsing, emotional release, deep relaxation, or shifts in tension patterns, while others may notice very little during the session. All experiences are unique to the individual.
As the body begins releasing layers of stored stress and tension, experiences may continue to shift over time. Sessions are designed to meet the body where it is, with no expectation for how healing should look or feel.

No special preparation is needed before your session. Staying well hydrated before and after your session is encouraged to help the body and nervous system integrate each experience.
Journaling, quiet reflection, and time in nature can also be meaningful ways to continue reconnecting within and listening to your body’s needs.
